Using the projector
Do I need an app or Wi-Fi?
No. Everything works with the single button on the base. Plug it in, press once, and the cheese world appears.
What can I plug it into?
Any standard USB power source: a phone wall adapter, a laptop, or a power bank. For the brightest result, use an adapter rated 5V/1A or above.
How big is the projected area?
It depends on distance. The further the projector is from the surface, the larger the cheese pattern spreads. Moving it closer makes the holes sharper and brighter.
Does it work during the day?
It works best in a dark or dim room. In bright daylight the pattern is much fainter, so evenings and nighttime give you the full effect.
Can I leave it on overnight?
We recommend turning it off when you're asleep or out of the room, as you would with any electronic device. It's designed for supervised play and evening fun.
Does it make any noise?
It's designed for quiet use in living rooms and bedrooms, so it won't compete with your TV or wake anyone up.

Will my cat be scared of it?
Most cats are curious first. Some stare for a while before they start playing, and some jump straight in. If your cat is cautious, leave it on in the background and let them approach it on their own terms.
Is it okay for older or less active cats?
Yes. Not every cat will leap and pounce, and that's fine. Many calmer cats simply enjoy watching the pattern from the sofa, which is gentle mental stimulation for them.
What if my cat ignores it?
Try a darker room, a different surface like the ceiling vs. a wall, or switching it on near their favorite spot. Some cats take a few sessions to get curious.
Can I use it in a kid's room?
Absolutely. It's just as fun as a room decoration and makes a great conversation piece for kids and guests. As with any electronic device, keep the cable tidy and turn it off when no one is around.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update or cancel an order before it ships. Once it has been handed to the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal?
Yes, tracking can pause while a package moves between carriers or sorting facilities. If there's no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
My package says "delivered" but I can't find it.
Check around your property, mailbox and side entrances, and ask neighbors or household members. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and address, and we'll help you open a carrier inquiry.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund.
